The programme is divided into five paths aimed at people with different needs:
1. Occupational reintegration
For those who are already close to the labour market and can quickly enter it through targeted training, accompaniment and brokerage services.

For those who already possess expendable skills but need to update them with short, targeted courses in line with market requirements.
3. Retraining - Reskilling
For those who need to acquire new technical or professional skills to enter different or emerging sectors.
More structured pathways, with medium to long-term training.
4. Work and Inclusion
For people with complex needs or multiple barriers to entering the labour market.

5. Collective relocation
Activated in cases of company crises: assesses potential, professional skills involved and the territorial context to identify new employment opportunities.

How to participate in Gol Abivet courses?
1. Contact the Job Centre (CPI)
Book an interview at your local CPI and sign the Pact for Work or the Service Pact.
2. Choose a training path
During the interview, indicate your interest in the ABIVET courses, active within the GOL Lazio Programme.
3. Attend our online courses (FAD)
All ABIVET courses are delivered in FAD mode, from the comfort of your home or wherever you are, with a digital platform, always available materials and qualified lecturers.
