To guarantee a technical education capable of combining the values of scientific culture with those of practical culture also with a view to access to vocational training and the world of work;
Ensure an informed and knowledgeable approach to the prospects of study, vocational training and employment opportunities;
Ensuring the training of highly qualified professionals and the updating and retraining of those already in the world of work, with a view to innovation and specialisation;
To provide a flexible organisational and management structure that, starting from the analysis of the economic changes of the Lazio society and economy, is able to formulate training and orientation proposals that are effective and responsive to the real needs of the territory of the Municipality of Rome and neighbouring areas in the light of the new international economic crisis scenarios;
Involving multiple public and private actors in change;
Provide training and guidance services that consider the client/user at the centre of the design process at each stage, ensuring constant attention to their needs and the realisation of those circumstances that can foster learning and personal growth;
Implement a constant commitment to innovation in methods and tools, focusing on the relationships between formai, no formai and informai learning, as well as on the support services for the training process (needs analysis, guidance, evaluation, job accompaniment, etc.);
Strengthen the quality of internal professional resources as a condition for achieving a high capacity to respond to the plurality of needs of the different types of beneficiaries.
